This video demonstrates one of the key relationships between heartfulness and attention. If you have the capacity to become totally absorbed in something, your attention is good. If you are constantly distracted, it is not so good. Attention should also allow us to take in a much larger field of awareness such as all the people we meet, our friends and family. As we learn to pay attention outside of our narrow desires, expectations and needs, our capacity for heartfulness grows.
